Commonwealth's Attorney Office

The Pulaski County Commonwealth’s Attorney is a constitutional officer who serves to oversee the prosecution of all felonies and certain misdemeanor offenses. Justin L. Griffith is the highest law enforcement official in Pulaski County as he supervises a staff which includes a chief deputy commonwealth’s attorney, senior deputy commonwealth’s attorney, two deputy commonwealth’s attorneys, two assistant commonwealth’s attorneys, and numerous administrative assistants.
