Pulaski County HOPE Card Program

The HOPE Card Program is now available in all district and circuit courts in Virginia. Protected parties may apply for a HOPE Card by completing an application and submitting it to the court where the protective order was issued. The protective order must be for one year or longer to meet the criteria for a HOPE Card to be issued.
